This hotel looked nice and clean when we drove up, the staff was all smiling and very friendly. Rooms are cozy and the breakfast was great in the morning (if you don't hit the rush). Best of all the front desk went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and also offered lots of area information about good... more

This was a typical Fairfield Inn (clean, nice rooms, great free breakfast). It is a little bit hard to get in and out of from the main road but overall a great place to stay. more

The reception area is very nice and service is friendly. However, do not get a room by the elevator, the cleaning crew is very LOUD in the morning, which i think is extremely inconsiderate. And also, you face the pool, where kids start with the cannonballs pretty early. Our friendsactually had to ask the cleaning crew to quiet down at... more

Hubby and I stayed over July 4 weekend and expected it to be busy, but we were shocked at how noisy the rooms are here. If you go, request the top (third) floor, which is much better sound-proofed. We started in a handicapped room, which was fine because the bathrooms are larger. However, they're connected to the adjacent room witha... more

Hey everyone - just a quick note about the Fairfield in Flagstaff - we were there at the end of may...thought there would be no weather problems - of course it snowed both nights! anyway, check-in was no problem - had asked for a quiet room on the third floor, which they gave us. never heard a thing and we... more

It's our second time there. Rooms aren't huge, but location, price, cleanliness, and staff were better than other places we've stayed. The front desk guy, Adam, really enjoyed his job. Looking for a clean bed and nice breakfast. Try here. more

We stayed for one night at this hotel in late April. Here is our impression of the room: The room is small. The bath room is very small. The air in the room was filled with a strong odor, possibly an overdose of air freshener. The room is quiet. The parking lot is huge with lots of spaces. The location... more

I have to say that while the room was very clean and sufficient for one person, I have stayed in several match-box sized rooms on Times Square in NYC that were larger than this place. I'd expect more in Flagstaff than to have to step over the toilet to get into the shower. I won't be staying there again..... more

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. But, a light bulb in one of the bedside lamps was out. There was no laundry bag, although there was a laundry list in the room. The heater control did not seem to work correctly as there was no way to set the room temperature at a normal or ideal range.... more

While the rooms and especially the bathrooms are on the slightly small sidem the site is clean and well kept. The location is great for shopping at the nearby mall, near many restaurants of which "La Bellavia" has a breakfast omelette which should not be missed. The famous Flagstaff train noise is almost non existent and we only heard it... more
