Stopped over for the night on x-country drive from Arkansas to California. Convenient location, room was clean. Management ought to suggest to trailer-towers to park across the street in shopping center lot instead of taking up 4 sorely needed spots in the snow-constricted parking lot - very inconsiderate. "Breakfast" was VERY limited and unappealing. Property condition was good. Management: Come... more

We stayed in Flagstaff as a point of entry to the Grand Canyon National Park. This was an excellent hotel and stayed here for 2 nights. It was modern, with clean and spacious rooms, and right across the street from a supermarket and shopping mall. It has an indoor swimming pool which is great to relax in after a hard... more

My husband and I stayed here for two days while we visited the Grand Canyon. The desk clerk was pleasant and came to our room to unlock our safe which someone had left closed. My poor husband had to carry up all the luggage to the second floor because there was no elevator. We had a "suite," but I use... more

They offer really late check-in which is nice. Hotel room stunk of carpet freshener and I don't think the floor was too clean. Nice walking trail right next door; if you have a room at the back of the property you can get in and out through the back door as well. Easy highway access to get back on the... more

Small rooms but well appointed and clean. Staff excellent. Continental breakfast great. Near several restaurants and far enough away from train tracks so no noise. Handicapped and elderly should request first floor rooms as no elevator to second floor. more

My family stayed at the Sleep Inn Flagstaff for 4-nights and loved it. The rooms are clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast is well stocked in the morning and I enjoyed having the USA Today newspaper parking. The kids enjoyed watching the Disney Channel which was available in the room and the indoor pool was especially... more

We stayed here for one night before our Grand Canyon trip/hike to Phantom Ranch. We have stayed here 3 or 4 times...the rooms are typical hotel rooms but the bathrooms are a little small. The have pocket doors with a toilet and shower stall. The sink area was outside the bathroom. We had an end room and when we got... more

Spent one night here while on a road trip to CA. Check-in was great; I was traveling with my chihuahua and the clerk put me in the closest room to the lobby that she had so it would be more convenient with the dog (I didn't even ask for this). They had a jar of doggie treats on the counter... more

This was a typically small Sleep Inn room with only a small dresser and even smaller nightstand to put "stuff" on. My suggestion - get a room with 2 queen beds and use the extra bed as a "counter" by the very small sink area. That's the only way we can make a Sleep Inn room work for us! The... more

The hotel was perfectly suited for our need; a quiet night’s rest after driving in from Denver. The desk staff was personable and accommodating and the room was what you'd expect at this type of hotel - somewhat small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom has a shower stall across from the toilet and a separate sink area. All rooms... more
