We arrived in Flagstaff after dark and booked in to this dump as other hotels were sold out. We should have slept in the car! Everything was filthy. Carpet, bedspread, walls, ceiling , bathroom, sink. No outlet for hairdryer, Puddle on bathroom floor. TV did not work. Very Noisy, paper thin walls. Nearby train very noisy Back parking lot, through... more

Oh my God, do not go anywhere near this dump! The ceilings had large, unrepaired holes, the place was INFESTED with bedbugs and insects of many kinds (and they bite, too!) It is nothing but a bottom class old wrecked crudhole of an excuse of a motel. 2 stars this place was given by Hotwire-what a joke! This places didn't... more

Well, the 1st motel I stopped in had a scary looking dude behind the counter. The 2nd one smelled, The Americana seemed better than the 2 and was relatively cheap. About 50 bucks! They were doing renovation on the outside, which could eventually mean good things. But inside..... I don't think they ever vacuumed the carpet. There was a lot... more

Block of rooms were booked as a part of softball team travelling. Our room had barely a twin size bed...called a queen bed. The toilet paper holder had no roller, however another was mounted in shower area???? Picture over bed had broken glass in frame..half glass was missing, other half left in frame. Trash was on top of shelf above... more

Clean-ish (bathroom was a little dingy), ok bed, not enough towels (and one was wet...nasty!). But cheap, friendly staff, free wifi, good cable channels...It's a cheap, too tired to drive further, acceptable motel. more

Found the hotel over the weekend the busy weekend. The room had basic services I needed strong internet, refrigerator, and was clean. Overall they have a great location and a coffee shack in the parking lot perfect for the morning. more

Thins walls and windows. You can hear what is going on in the other rooms and outside. Old and inferior room furnishings. Odors. Broken smoke detectors. Front desk area and continetal breakfast are pathetic. Not a good neighborhood. more

Let's be frank; this is not a four star hotel - but for the price (we paid $45 per night for four nights) it's actually a good place to stay. If you are looking for a sterile environment, look elsewhere - but I found the room fairly clean with no hidden 'surprises'. The shower was AWESOME, one of the best... more

The room was dirty, bed cheap, and seemed old. No plugs by the sink to plug in blow dryer, towels were cheap, and worst is the TRAIN NOISE. The train will come past throughout the night more than a handful of times and will wake up even heavy sleepers. This might be a problem with all hotels on this road... more
