We were visiting Niagara Falls and needed a place to stay. Priceline wouldn't give us anything in Niagara so moved to Buffalo. Room was $66 including taxes and fees. I've stayed here several times during business trips to Buffalo. The hotel is not the best but then, there are really no great hotels in Buffalo (anymore). The place is a bit run down and not well maintained. I did see Jack Hanna staying at this hotel so it must not be that bad!! more

I cannot belive Choice Hotels would let a prime location like this get so run down. As others say, the TV's are ancient. The rooms smell and are in need of paint, and new carpet etc. Something is wrong here. Not worth $168 per night over Memorial day weekend. Very sad. No wonder it was the only place left with... more

I stay in Buffalo a lot for business, normally at the Hyatt Downtown. I will not stay at the Comfort Inn again for a number of reasons. I have stayed at this hotel on and off for more than 10 years. It used to be a Radisson, then became a Clarion, and is now a Comfort Suites. For the most the stay was good. The staff was great and the room was nice. The refrig needed deforsted and the bedroom TV picture tube was going out... Better than going home in a blizzard to Ohio.... Would stay again. more
