I had to stay for an entire week, while relocating for a job. Could not have been more pleased about the service and amenities the room had to offer. Many, many problems. First day visit to office to be informed we'd been given a room for city view when we requested and paid for an ocean view. Office staff (especially one female) was very rude. As SVC members we expected a modern, well-maintained property with 4-star amenities like those we encountered on the Big Island and Kauai. The Waikiki Marina Resort at the Ilikai is not.
