First the good: The hotel has a charming decor in the common spaces such as throughout the lobby and the conference areas. The restaurants on site, the Restaurants at Palm Court, are decent. The hotel is in a great location downtown. There is indoor access to the Carew Tower, the tallest building in Cincinnati, which houses a 3-floor shopping mall... more

Absolutely the best location if you are visiting Cincinnati to go to a Bengals or Reds game, as the hotel is just a 5 minute walk to either stadium. Hotel is also on main street of the city and the annual Octoberfest festival runs right in front of the hotel (can't beat the Hilton if you are visiting Cincinnati for... more

My husband and I have stayed at the Omni Netherland twice. Once being in 2008 and the other in 2005. Both times, we enjoyed it and felt we got good value for our money. The lobby is decorated lavishly in the Art Deco style. I would recommend spending as much time as possible in the restaurant/lounge area to take in... more

I've never stayed in a hotel with rooms this small - even in Europe: There wasn't room to walk between the bed & the chair. The sink overlapped the edge of the bathtub! Loved the location, and the attached shopping area. The downtown location was good, too - convenient to everywhere we wanted to go! more

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel for our first anniversary, we also stayed at this hotel on our wedding night and had great experiences both times! The staff was extremely professional and very nice, even the maintenance staff asked us how our stay was on the elevator! Some of the rooms are small in this hotel but... more

Stayed here for two nights for work. Lobby and public areas are truly spectacular - a one of a kind historic building. I love the feel of the lobby - brings back the image of the roaring twenties, and makes an impactful and strong statement on you upon arrival. Rooms are nothing special - tiny, but recently renovated and comfortable.... more

We went to Cincinnati to watch the St Louis Cardinals play the Reds. We chose a downtown hotel to avoid driving to the ball park. We paid $69.00 per night and stayed 2 nights with 2 rooms. What a difference the rooms were. One room was huge with two double beds and a smoking room. The other room had only... more

I was there for 4 days in July for a work related conference and I hated every minute. Yes, the hotel is pretty and has some beautiful details. HOWEVER, the rooms are small and something in the air aggravated my sinuses, by the time I left, I had gotten a sinus infection. The old damp air was no friend to... more

The hotel was beautiful downstairs and the room was large and nicely furnished. I wasn't enamored of the bed, but I prefer something firmer than warm custard. The hotel was highly priced and the staff gave us a down their nose look since we were not in business suits as most of their clientèle. The hotel has a great location... more

We spent the weekend of Aug 8- Aug 10 for a "Sisters Weekend" in Cincinnati. We chose the Hilton because of the beautiful decor and central location downtown. This is a beautiful building. The lobby and entrance areas are gorgeous. Our room was on the 25th floor with a view toward Macy's. We could, at an angle, see the hub-bub... more
