Stayed at Crane for 7 days. Have stayed at numerous nice resorts, so not a first for our family. Resort grounds are generally nice, but there is more gloss than deep shine. I was so disappointed in The Crane from beginning to end. When we first arrived at the resort we were greeted by a hut style room that served as temporary reception.
