Close to the village but with a very narrow and near vertical driveway and tight parking at the top. Only place we got a breakfast and it was a nice one. Room was comfortable and there was a fridge and TV in lounge, but nothing in room. No internet, no microwave, and hard to find plugs to recharge. Not much... more

Stayed in the Abseil Inn for one night only - went to Waitomo to see the famous caves, glow worms & abseiling en route to Rotorua. A cozy bed and breakfast located at the edge of Waitomo Village. Despite there being several accommodation options in Waitomo the Abseil Inn is without doubt the best. The rooms are all spacious, clean and perfect for relaxing in. They are all themed, which sets it apart from your hotel chains etc. The owners are extremely friendly and cook a superb breakfast. It was the best we had during our three-week stay... more
