arrive back friday from oasis canoa resort, first family holiday to the caribbean, what a great time we all had. we had a coach tranfer from the airport, the coach was air conditioned and very comfortable our rep was friendly and very nice. we check in at reception straight away with no problems. Went to this hotel after reading some really bad reviews and now after returning from the oasis canoa for 2 weeks I cant believe people are so dissappointed with this place .
