All the pretentiousness with selections of steak knives to choose from, many different salts and mustards is all meaningless if they cant cook a steak properly. I ordered medium and got a tasteless well done steak. There is no excuse for this from a grill man who's job is to do nothing but spend 8 hours a day cooking steaks.... more

Great Steaks ..and an amazing salad bar. I think this is the most high quality straight fwd steak in HK....as far as I know. They have 22 kinds of mustard for you to choose from to go with youre steak ..and a dozen or so kinds of sea salt. And an amazing healthy salad bar. Kind of Pricey though but... more
