We've enjoyed El Encanto for years, especially the outdoor dining area. But at our most recent visit we were amazed that they charged us $1.25 for chips and salsa while we were at the bar waiting for a table. Don't support this terrible policy! My wife and I recently drove to Cave Creek to dine at El Encanto. We enjoyed eating beside the water and had very good service. This used to be one of our favorites but they cut the menu & took off everyone's favorites dishes, raised prices, & ruined the whole experience for us. We won't go back. more

Very good mexican food in a fabulous outdoor setting. I first visited in 2003 and wasn't disappointed on my second trip despite being told that it had new owners and was going downhill. Prices are also very reasonable. I'll be back. more

My Husband, myself, Grandson and his girlfriend had a wonderful Sunday Bruch. We very much enjoyed the ambiance and "Mother Goose" in the pond (very entertaining). I had Pollo Fundido and enjoyed it very much although is was a little bland. A fun place to visit before our hike at Spur Crossing, making for a very fun day. more
