The food used to be good. One of their unique dishes was their "Chole Dosa" (Dosa with a chick pea filling instead of the boring old potato curry). They dropped it from their menu because "too many people were ordering it." Go figure! more

Food is awesome, but the service is pretty bad. I accidentally spilled my glass of water and the cleaning staff just stared at me instead of coming to my assistance. i got up from my seat, walked towards the mop that I could see at the front of the restaurant and began cleaning up the spill. We've been here many times and the food is always very good - sometimes excellent. The only reason to go to any other Indian restuarant in Atlanta is if you want chicken or meat, as Madras is vegetarian. more
