The Vine could be so much more! I have given it 3 tries now and every time they have disappointed me. The first time I went my server took 20 minutes to bring us a bottle of wine and then didn't know how to open it. Then we ordered the mushroom caps as an appetizer and they were horrible. We... more

Decent martini bar if you just want to have drinks. Service, however, is literally at a snail's pace. I'm never going back. more

First let me start by saying how pleased I am to have a nice, more upscale establishment in Grayslake...we definitely need more places like this! The interior is really well done- a nice bar, brick walls, exposed beams, and a great fireplace surrounded by two big comfy leather couches. The wine list is good, and they also have a martini... more
