Tsukasa has moved to a new location in a larger, brand new building on the east side of Milwaukee Ave. in Vernon Hills. The new address is 561 N. MIlwaukee Ave. , Vernon Hills, IL 60061. Tsukasa is fabulous. Flew in from London and visited twice. The seafood is so fresh it melts in the mouth (try the scallop sushi, assorted maki or hand-rolls), the spicy tuna handrolls wonderful, and the whole enormous value. There's only a couple places in London where you can get that quality of Japanese food (Nobo, Yoshinos...?), and they cost at... more
