Best kept secret in KC. It's well hidden....you wouldn't expect an elegant, expensive italian restaurant with white linen table cloths and what amounts to a dress code (although I don't know that they would kick you out for dressing more casually) in the old and very un-glamorous strip mall at 91st and Metcalf , but that's where Il Trullo is.... more
