Food was excellent. I had the pheasant & my wife had the veal. Shared the souffle which was outstanding (but it did take a while). Service was great. Never felt rushed. Everyone in Vegas should go to the Eiffel Tower restaurant at least once. I took my fiance there for his birthday and they gave him a special birthday desert. You also can not beat the views.
