My husband surprised me with a romantic Valentine getaway to Las Vegas, including dinner at one of the top rated and more expensive restaurants in town: Picasso (located in the Bellagio). I've now been out to Vegas 4 times. Each time we hit up a couple of nice restaurants. Picasso will likely always rank as one of my top 5 meals.
