This place was recomended to me by a buddy. I checked trip advisor and saw most had notes sub par food and rotten service. We received both. Listen to the other reviews and you will stay clear of this place - wish we had. more

Second time visiting this restaurant in Vegas and both times the food has been very good to Excellent! The atmosphere is good for a nice dinner out or can be a bit more casual -- shorts and t-shirts are out of place. Service is good. Reasonable price (in Vegas terms). more

The food there was very mediocre. The mabiance is fine but this restaurant is WAY overpriced. This restaurant serves what I consider "low end Italian". Service was equally disapointing. Do not get lured by the cuteness of the creek that runs around it inside the New York New York Casino. more

Let me begin by saying the bread here is terrific! We had a late lunch here so the restaurant was very quiet. We had 2 baskets of bread (a mixed basket of different kinds of bread) served with an olive oil and balsamic vinegar dip. We then ordered chicken. The portions were genereous and was served with potatoes and vegetables.... more

We have only eaten breakfast at Il Fornaio and have always found the menu / food interesting and reasonably priced. French toast is extra special. One tip - you might want to point at your order as we have had problems with asking for A and getting B. Problems they fix in a NY minute mind you. Service is fine... more

I would have to agree with many of the negative reviews of this restaurant. This place was BY FAR the WORST restaurant I have ever been to, let alone fine dining. I have worked in fine dining and the corporate restaurant business for 10 years and I have never seen service like this, let alone food that is so grossly... more

This is one of those places that wants to be the Four Seasons but its completely out of place, not only at NYNY but on the whole Strip in general. The food selection is really small and you pay a fortune for small potions that are so-so. I don't know who they think they are, but you can go to... more

I'm Italian, so that means I'm a bread maniac and the bread here makes me fell like I'm at home. The service could be better, but that bellissima girl that invites you in makes up for the mistakes the waiters do. more

My hubby and I went here every day while we were in Vegas for our Dec 05 semi Christmas trip. We only went for breakfast, but it was so good, we had to go back every morning we were in Vegas. What an incredible breakfast we had here. Try the french toast, it is amazing! more
