The Black Bear Diner is a couple blocks west of the Orleans casino on Tropicana. It was my first time there. The service was great, extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very filling. We ate at 8:00am and didn't have to eat anything until 7:00p that night. The place has alot of teddy bears on all the walls which... more
