Just finished 6 nights at the Strat. Overall a good time- just a couple points of interest for those considering staying at this Hotel. First it's a little out of the way- it's a long walk to the center of the Strip- and the deuce bus (due to traffic) takes a while. The area around the Hotel was fine for... more

We found a 'perfect package' deal on the hotel website which included a room in the Premier Tower, free admission to the tower from 10am-2pm daily, 5$ daily resort fee waived and some other minor 'goodies'. We ended up paying only 39.99 a night(weekdays april 2008) which is very cheap in my opinion. Location: This hotel is on the Strip,... more

The Stratosphere Hotel and Casino has several positive and a few negative attributes. My husband and I have stayed at the Stratosphere both times we have visited Las Vegas. To begin with the negative, the location is not very appealing. It is several blocks from any of the Vegas action (although in postive, it is between downtown and the strip).... more

Took my daughter with some friends to celebrate her first time in Vegas and turning 21. Most horrible experience and treatment I have ever received. Checked in late about 3 a.m. , and went to our room and found the beds unmade and dirty towels on the bathroom floors. Called the front desk and they moved us to another room.... more

Best value for money of all the restaurants we went to. Obviously it does not compare to the buffet at the wynn but is great food for the money. It was about $15 each and there was great choice for dinner - soup, salad, pizza, meats, fish, veg, all kinds of potato, some chinese (great orange chicken), italian and asian... more

My husband is in Las Vegas for 3 weeks for work, so we have time to get out and go to a lot of different places. Last night my husband and I went to the Stratosphere for dinner and then the American Superstars show. Well, the show was AWESOME except for the people sitting at our table with us that... more

We ate lunch here on our last day. I found some of the choices to be interesting - they had some different options than your typical Vegas buffet. But the quality of the food was not the best. We ate at 3 buffets on our getaway to Vegas and this was by far our least favorite one. It was still... more

We bought the American Superstars dinner/show/tower package. The show was great, but it was Labor Day Weekend and the line for the tower was too long to wait in, so we wasted that part of the package. (plan on going up the tower off-peak nights) The Courtyard Buffet line was also long because the show had just let out. But... more

For the price and for the value, I LOVE the Stratosphere breakfast buffet. I am a Vegas local; when I have to pick up friends/family from the airport whom arrive in the morning, I treat them to the breakfast buffet at the Stratosphere. Hot and cold cereals, and all of your major breakfast staples.. an omelette area where someone makes... more
