We had the pleasure of dining at Envy last week. The entire experience was outstanding. From initial phone service when we were lost, to arrival and greeting by the hostess, to fantastic service from Joshua. We arrived at the restaurant dressed in your typical tourist attire. Not once were we looked down on . Our server also did not flinch... more

This is a gorgeous, splashy, colorful great steakhouse. Not the heavy on the wood, darkly lighted steakhouse of our past. The service can be sensational, very enthusiastic. The food as good as there is in town and a terrific variety in their salads, sides and menu items. The steaks are great, the "surf" very well prepared. I love their by... more

The only reason we found this restaurant was because we had an online coupon. We arrived at about 10 PM, were immediately seated, and the restaurant was nearly empty. It was just my husband and I and we were both dressed in jeans and a collared shirt and I had a backpack (tourists of course). Although an upscale restaurant, we... more

Best overall dining experience during our week-long vacation in May 2008. We dined at more expensive strip restuarants but none could top Envy Steakhouse. We ate at Envy Steakhouse on our last evening in Las Vegas - if it had not been our last night in town, we would have gone back for more! Excellent steaks and the truffle fries... more

Dined here on July 21, 2008 during our Vegas vacation.. This was our anniversary dinner. From the hostess who seated us, to the chef coming to our table to greet us. The dining experience was awesome. We both had the Filet Mignon. Both cooked perfectly to order. I had the White Asparagus Soup with Lump Crabmeat, so creamy and flavorful.... more

We dined at Envy in late June 2008 while a guest at the hotel. We had a great meal! My daughter thought her filet mignon was the best she had ever had. The food tasted great, was presented well, and the service was excellent. We would definitely go again! more

I live in Vegas, and Envy is my favorite steakhouse. It's behind the strip in the Renaissance Hotel. No gaming. The shrimp and lobster salad for lunch is a must-try. The truffle fries are the best I've had. The best dessert is the lavender milkshake. It's like nothing you've ever had. They have an extensive wine list. Never disappointed. more

We chose this restaurant after reading the positive reviews listed here. We also had a $75 gift certificate. We ordered two filets, which were good, but our boys who did not want steak chose an appetizer which was $24 (seafood tower). This appetizer was composed of TWO pieces of shrimp FOUR quarter sized RAW oysters and TWO petite (thumb size)... more

Steakhouses, as long as they serve a good piece of meat cooked properly they are generally the same.. . dark wood, . . martinis. . . creamed spinach. . .waiters in tuxedos. . .etc. Envy has dared to reach out to us carnivores who love our steak, but have had enough baked potato, spinach, asparagus, and shrimp cocktail. Not that... more
