The Pneumatic Diner is absolutely wonderful and a completely welcome change from the ho-hum, sub-par food you'll find at the Hotels and the chain places. The food is vegetarian and features a variety of dishes many with an Italian or Mexican influence--think salads, lasagna and quesadillas.
