Rapscallion seafood restaurant in reno is a busy and popular place. designed by legendary pat kuleto the restaurant is quite nice w/ dark wood and stained glass and many private booths. very masculine . the menu is great w/ alot of choices and a good wine list w/ fairly reasonable wine prices. Service, food, drink, wine, atmosphere, ambiance, - do not miss this place. Make a reservation and just go. You will not be disappointed. Prices are fair, service is exceptional. more

Rapscallion feels like an older restaurant with dark wood and low lighting - it is very upscale, relaxed and wonderful. We had a beautiful table, great, but unobtrusive service and outstanding food. I went here on the recommendation of a local hotel VP. I found the food to be rather mundane and the decor and menu had an older seafood house feel. I travel for business all over the country and having eaten in really wonderful seafood restaurants, I found it disappointing but adequate. more
