Cafe Capistrano offers California style Mexican cuisine. The biggest thing I noticed eating there was that everything tastes so fresh! The mango shrimp are one of their specialties and I also had the tortilla soup. Both are excellent choices. Enchiladas are so delicious I get take out twice a week.. this is no ordinary Tex Mex Place... we are so lucky to have thenm in Raleigh.. amazing food!! Just rated "Best New Restaurant Wake County 2008" - I think they deserve Best in the State 2008!!! more
