Me and my wife went to this wonderful restaurant in July 2008. We loved the choice of wine and fine dining. I had mahi mahi fish and wife had tuna. Very good and melts in your mouth. Creative menu in comfortable setting with great service. Fried green tomatoes abound in Charleston but not like this. The pear salad was perfectly balanced. Crab bisque was a bit too heavy for our menu choices and I would pass on the Crab/Goat cheese appetizer next time. But the delightful wine list and perfectly prepared menu is worth the stop. more

During our recent stay for our 30th Anniversary June 26,2008 we had a excellent dinner at Magnolias. I was a bit skeptical after reading mixed reviews. Though the atmosphere is nothing to write home about, the excellent food made up for it. I had the Filet Mignon, which was delicious, cooked exactly like requested.
