Sitar is not the fanciest restaurant in Knoxville, but I would call it the best. I've eaten almost everything on the menu over the years, and I've NEVER had a bad meal here. My very favorite place. It's what I always pick when it's my turn to choose a restaurant. Mmmm, vegetable korma and garlic naan and the best rice in town. more
