I don't know where the other reviewer ate, because they are flat wrong. My wife and I ate dinner at The Ark on 2/16 and could not have been more impressed. We'd heard The Ark was a great place to eat, but it was awful! First of all, it took an hour to get the food, simple fish and chips and a salad. The portions were way too small. The fish and chips were drenched in grease... so much that I thought I would be sick if I actually ate it.... more

The title says it all. Don't bother with the Ark in Nahcotta. What was once a wonderful dining experience has sunk to the depths of the Pacific in quality and imagination. Too bad, it used to be a dining experience to look forward to in the area. The only explanation must be new ownership. Very few clams in the chowder,... more
