My husband and I ate there while visiting Boston for the first time. It is located on Boylston St in the Back Bay area. Its a very popular area with a lot of good restaurants. We picked this place due to the rave reviews here and they didn't let us down. The atmosphere was very lively, upscale but they still... more

Seafood is really nice in this restaurant! I would highly recommend the jumbo crab cake and the pan seared sea bass. Tuna bolognese is also an exceptional dish. The lobster was good, although too firm for my taste. Try the chocolate cake at the end! Service is fast, very polite and helpful. You won't be dissapointed. Without the wine it... more

A year, or so, ago, Atlantic Fish was nothing special; Legal's was less expensive and more reliable. That has changed!! Over the last six months, I've eaten here with my wife, friends who live in the Back Bay, and with out-of-towners - some with children. (At least eight times.) In every instance, the food and service were exceptional. It has... more

I have had a couple great meals here and I have had a couple miserable meals here. The sure hits are the fried oysters, oddly served in a rolled up paper bag. The specialties on the menu are hit or miss, the raviolis were claimed to be made in-house, they aren't and the quality of them shows. Ignore the desert... more

We took two New York City freinds to this restaurant who have travelled Europe and lived in Germany and they were raving about this place. Easy to see why. Our waiter named Treavor was increadably attentive and helpful and gave us the best recomondations. When my food came I sat there thinking " why have I not noticed my tounge... more

Legal's was the gold standard for seafood when I lived in Boston in the late '80s. First time back in decades and the seafood at Atlantic was far superior to anything I remembered at Legal's. The tuna bolognese appetizer was divine. Would definitely have it doubled as main course. Other fish entrees were anything but standard. Atmosphere was fun and... more

We were in Boston and I took my staff to dinner at the Atlantic Fish Co., which I had never tried. We were all very pleased with the food and the service! The clam chowder was very good, the crab cakes were very tasty, although a little pricey ($29 for two 4 inch diameter), and the seared sea bass was... more

I was in Boston with a co-worker for a few days and we wanted to end a very long east coast business trip with a decent meal. I wanted a lobster. I asked some of my local contacts for recommendations. I was told Anthony's at pier 4 and No Name are two great places and better than Atlantic. After reading... more
