During a weeklong visit to NYC during the Christmas season, this Upper West Side restaurant was probably our family's favorite place that we ate, even though it was just for breakfast. Tasty brunch. Blueberry pancakes - yum as were the bacon waffles. Good coffee, tea and fresh squeeze OJ. The side of fruit salad had perfectly ripened fruit too! The line was only a 13 minute wait on Sunday at noon. more

The decor was very country, cozy feeling but the food was nothing to rave about. Perhaps a brunch visit would yield better results but dinner is definitely not their strength. more
