Service was terrible. Food is way overpriced for what they give you. The food was bland. Would never go back. And if you go, know that you're getting ripped off. more

I went here on opening night, and the noodle soup was lukewarm. While some of their dishes are okay, Wagamama's glorified, overpriced ramen noodles just aren't worth it. Plus, the service from the young but inexperienced servers is horrible, and what restaurant scribbles order numbers on your placemat?? more

I'm gonna go ahead and buck the trends and say, unless you're a vegetarian, there's not a ton of tasty choices at wagamamma. At first I was enthralled, but then discovered there's not much to the place. Good place to sit in though, in Harvard square, and people watch. more
