Kingfisher's take on the grilled cheese sandwich is ENOUGH to give this place high marks. Add to that a clean urban-ish environment, oysters prepared how you like, and one of the best bars to while away the hours in Tucson...the result is Kingfisher. more

I researched the reviews pretty well before I chose Kingfisher for our Valentine's Day dinner, only to be disappointed by the French restaurant-size portions and poor taste. All told including tip, we spent $95 and we were not pleased. Since I cant have alcohol in my food, I asked for my steak to be made without the red wine sauce.... more
Seafood is the speciality in my opinion. Wine Spectator award of excellence- what more can you say? Casual atmosphere but pricey. more
My favorite restaurant/ bar in Tucson. Although, admittedly it is weird eating seafood in the desert. The bar is small but worth it and has it's own smaller menu. Their season fish menu is a lot of fun. more
