Food is good with good variety, fresh ingredients acquired locally. We had two hearty pasta dishes which were delicious and a risotto dish was similarly good, but a bit small in portion. Spinach salad was tasty and the asparagus soup rich and well-proportioned. We shared a tiramisu for dessert...a bite each was just right. Since I was the only wine... more

My wife and I were impressed with the variety of dishes on the menu. The food we ordered was excellent and the service was flawless. For me, this was a nice break from southwestern cuisine. more

We had dinner there on the recommendation of the staff at the Inn on the Alameda. We had just arrived in Santa Fe, and were looking for a good dining experience. We found it here. The menu was varied, the food was tasty and the service was great. The only thing that really surprised and dissapointed us was the price... more

Overpriced and the least spectacular italian restaurant I have ever been to. Been in Santa Fe a week and had wonderful meals every night except at this restaurant. The wine was ridiculously overpriced and one glass was the equivalent of 1/2 a glass at any other restaurant. $24 for pasta is pretty hard to take, especially when it is vegetarian!... more

My wife and I ate here (without reservations) at the suggestion of our concierge. The food was excellently prepared, very tasty and the service great. It is a little pricey, but I don't consider that a negative for the quality of food. We had a great experience and would recommend. more

I liked the busy, cafe atmosphere. Staff was friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. Food was delicious. As a vegetarian it was great to have a few options to choose from. I had the asparagus bisque and pumpkin ravioli. My friend had the pancetta wrapped trout and it looked so good that the table next to ours as they were... more

This is your typical tourist trap. The food was just OK. Very average. The portions were very small combined with the fairly high prices made this a poor value. The real "gotcha" here though is the wine prices. For example the least expensive glass of white wine was $13. The bottles of wine were similarily priced, mostly $50 and way... more

We visited this restaurant the last time we were in Santa Fe about a year and a half ago. The food and service were excellent, which is why we returned on this Santa Fe trip. Although we made reservations more than a week in advance we were "stuck" in the front room of the restaurant, which is very cramped, has... more

My husband and I ate there last week after the concierge at our hotel recommeded it. The place looks very nice on the inside and the outside, but it is kind of cramped once you are seated inside. The olive oil that is used with the bread was the blandest I have ever tasted. The salads and entrees were okay.... more

Nothing to brag about. Needs the owners nightly oversight. Major markup wine list and basic food for a large Santa Fe price. Could really be good if they wanted to. more
