Tried the 8-course polination without the wine. Brave and unconventional. Every dish offers a new experience to the taste buds. The Blue Eye is exceptional. The use of unusual 'herbs' and 'flowers' could make the unsuspecting gastric queazy. more

I like what they are trying to do. I tried their degustation and they were bravely mixing textures, temperatures tastes and styles. Not for the conservative. Great atmosphere too. Overall I have eaten better food, but this place kept me interested and wondering what they will try next. more
