I wonder then how do you know how to tell the tourist how to drive there. How do you know traffic rules? You need to be able to tell that to tourist too. If you never drove a car in hermosillo I doubt you will be able to tell tourist all of it.

Of course I've drove a car in Hermosillo! I just happen to lack a car and a driver's license that's all! You can always rent a car...
