The above link should help. I would definitely include either a City Sightseeing bus trip (before 2pm as the later tours do not include Stormont) or a black taxi tour to see around the city including the murals. Depending on how much time you have, you could also include a boat tour of the Titanic quarter (Lagan Boat Company run these but you would probably need to prebook) or simply spend the rest of the day exploring the city centre by foot. I would include a drink in the famous Crown Saloon.
