Can someone recommend this hotel. We just need a night to sleep after landing at Zurich airport before moving on. We can't be too far from the bahn since that is our transportation.

There are 4 of us & if anyone has any other recommendations - such as a family room so we only need 1 room - that would be great.

Hoping to stay around 250 USD

THANKS

Hi, when are you traveling - what date for Zurich overnight? Also, there are many hotels within a 10 minute walk of the station and you can leave at least some of your bags at the station in either a locker or in the baggage room. Family rooms are not so common in Switzerland but others here have mentioned, if I recall correctly, the Adler as being near the station, having good prices and family rooms.

Hope this helps.

Hi Granmma,

Sorry I don't usually stay in the city itself but rather in a suburb --

But I have heard lots of stories of folks getting a great hotel in Zürich through Priceline -- like the Marriott for $100. That way, you could get two rooms and be quite comfortable. Give it a try!

The Adler suites would be above your budget + I'm not sure large enough, but the Pension St Josef has family rooms, and the rates are very reasonable. It is walking distance from the train station, at a guess about a 10-12 minute walk.
