Interseting, I totally agree with Maltaadvisor, but never been to Kercem band club or Val D'Hor.

so you have to try them! these places were recommended to me by Marvik from gozobreak.com. Went there and really liked both places. Val d'Hor offer a good menu for a chap price! They are a family run business and very nice persons! The bank club in Kercem is not an excellent place in itself, but the food was excellent and its the best place to have a drink while observing the local life! The people over there were very friendly, and managed to make quite some friends as well!

my top are REXY GHAJNSIELEM AMGARR ROAD. good food andhrs go early. good prices full of locals can be very busy in summer but open at pm BONITAS XLENDI prices a l;ittle higher but nice food ANCHOR MGARR SAMMYS MGARR HARBOUR GHAJNSIELM BAND CLUB best home made burgers on the island and good lhome made wine. D BAR QALA . SEA VIEW MGARR lovely to sit outside on the terrace in summer AZTEC XHAGRA best beef they use american beef and great pasta dishes.

Depending on what you would consider good value for money, just great or just good for special occasions, everybody has their own opinion. However there are places you go to and places you really want to avoid. It even says alot about the person just writing about it!!

It-Tmun Victoria, Great food, best winelist in Malta. Sharp service. Great host.

Ta Frenc, Lovely feeling of the good old days where service was polite and the waiters used to wear white gloves. Wine list.

It-Tmun Xlendi, Great genuine food and great personal hospitality. Fun wine list.

Otters Bistro, You ve got to love the view and the new look.

Does anyone know of a good Chinese Restaurant in Gozo? Coming over in July... and want to take my family out for a meal.

there are a few chinnese restaurants in gozo . a cantonnese at mgarr suppose to be a good restaurant. i dont eat chinese in gozo victoria there is one . there use to be one at the calypso hotel not sure if it is still there. i think there is another ion marsalforn.

one of the best chinese restaurants in Gozo is in Xaghra, close to Ggantija Temples. It is called Xi Xi Chinese Restaurant. Try it out!

My favourite restaurnt for variety, good prices and friendly service is at The Lantern, Marsalforn not far from the bus station.
