God bless Trip Advisor: the glowing recommendations made me consider this hotel. Turned out to be fabulous. We arrived at about 7am after a 24 hour flight. I had travelled with my child who was beyond cranky; hissy fit and luggage being thrown around. It was a blessing to be able to walk for 5 minutes through the covered walkway from the terminal to the hotel foyer. Even though check in time was 2pm they let us check in immediately. Breakfast buffet was expensive but good AND children under 11 are FREE! Room was large, well decorated with bed and office type furniture. Great bathroom with bath, shower and quality products. Despite proximity to airport there was no noise. The hotel itself is amazing: wooden blond wood with interesting art. Its floors are set around a huge, light filled atrium. There is a large lounge at reception and numerous restaurants and bars. I found the staff to be professional and helpful. This hotel's proximity to the airport terminal is an asset. There you can exchange money, buy all public transport tickets (look at the pass which allows you to travel on all zones and take one child under 11 for free), get the free bus to other terminals, shop at a fabulous 711 store or get killer coffee. I was sorry to leave this hotel the next morning and I would stay again.

This hotel is on par what you would expect from a Hilton outside the U.S.- modern, clean and comfortable. It's luxurious for a five star but not at par with the grandeur and service at a five star in non-western countries (like India or Thailand).

You can walk to the hotel from the airport. Copenhagen is 15 minutes by train. Malmo (Sweden) is about 1/2 hour by train over the Oresund bridge. As a HHonors Diamond member, I had access to the Executive lounge. The breakfast was good, the selection of snacks/drinks is great, the view of airport, the bridge and Sweden is awesome.

The rooms are big and cosy. An additional perk is the fancy music system.

Overall, a great hotel that could do with slightly better service and slightly lower rates.

Due to an early flight we stayed at the Hilton for one night - as the flight was delayed for 26 hours, we ended up staying for 2 nights.

The check in went smoothly and the staff was very helpful when we had to extend our stay (at the expense of the travel agency). Room was okay but nothing extraordinary.

The atmosphere is very cold and stiff in the hotel and at the bar we even had the "pleasure" to witness a fight between the staff. The prices for both food and drinks are out if this world so waiting in the hotel for so long was horrible.

Internet access is very pricey.

The hotel is more a money machine than anything else.

Being there for two nights in December and everything was perfect. It's conveniently located adjacent to the airport and you don't even have to go on the street to reach it from Terminal 3 at Copnhagen International Airport. Check-in was fast and since I'm HHonors Gold member I was informed that 4 items of the minibar and the Internet connection in my room was going to be complimentary. I like to feel special and in that sense being a HHonors member usually make you feel like that.
Anyhow, the rooms are huge, clean, with nice, modern-like decoration. They even have a Bang and Olufsen TV which is unusual. The working space is quite big and the chair (and this is something that no other Hilton hotels can say) it's really comfortable.
The bathroom was also quite big, with a space for the shower apart from the bath tub.
The only bad things is that sometimes you can actually hear the planes and the AC it's a little noisy, but nothing annoying.
For business travelers it's definetely more than recommended.
