This was our first trip to the Bermudas. We stayed at this place for several days and had a wonderful time. The location is next to the most beautiful beaches...not far away from hamilton city as well. The apartments are very clean, the kitchen is well equipped and it is very roomy. We enjoyed our stay very much and we are looking forward to the nest time.

We just returned from 7 days in Bermuda April 12-19th 2008 and stayed at the Clairfont Apartments unit # 8 ...Very spacious one bedroom apartment upstairs ( access from ground level ) with a small kitchen, balcony, brand new bathroom. The Clairfont was not too expensive (compare to all the rates in Bermuda) and is close to everything: the bus stop, Horseshoe Bay Beach, Hamilton... We really enjoyed our stay and the manager Corrine lived up to all the praise on other postings. The lady who helped Corrine ( Jill )...looking after the rooms was terrific, she gave us a ride to the store the first day so we could get stocked up on supplies and bus tickets
( she is also a wedding photographer if you are in need).

Cricket noises at night ( all over the island not just here ) so if you mind that bring earplugs ( especially handy at 4am when the roosters start their wake up calls !! )...many roosters run wild around the island.

We were on a budget and got great value here, pool was clean, rooms were clean and # 8 was next to the pool...we would go back there every year if we could...met one couple from Halifax staying there a month.

We just returned from 4 days in Bermuda and stayed at Clairfont Apartments. It looks just like one bedroom apartment with kitchen, balcony, big rooms and brand new bathroom. The Clairfont was not too expensive (compare to all the rates in Bermuda) and it's close to everything: the Bus Stop, the Horseshoe Bay Beach, Hamilton... We really enjoyed our stay.

Thanks to positive reviews from other Trip Advisor posters, I booked two apartments; one for my husband and me and the other for my 16 and 18 yr old sons. The Clairfont was the perfect solution to Bermuda's costly (even in the off season!) hotel rooms.
We also saved a lot on dining... we cooked 3 out of 6 dinners, 4 out of 6 lunches and every breakfast. The kitchens were well stocked with pans, pots, utensils, tableware etc. our unit even had coffee filters and coffee.
The Clairfont is a quick walk to the beautiful Warwick Long Bay and bus stop to or from Hamilton (Get your bus passes at the Ferry Terminal in Hamilton BEFORE you head to Clairfont...otherwise, you'll need to take a $20-ish taxi into Hamilton or come up with $4 in change per person.)
Our one-bedroom apartments were clean, modern, and comfortable...although it was a challenge cooking in the kitchens on our tiny stove...we used the outdoor barbecue grill (need to buy your charcoal) for most dinners. Each unit has a porch (upstairs) or patio (bottom units) - I would have liked more comfortable seating out there, but it's not like there's a real view of anything...nice place for a quick drink before dinner though. And both units had decent size TVs with cable - no wireless access for our computers.
Only one other family there with 3 young children. They were in the unit next to ours and we only heard them when the kids got a little rambunctious as kids do...I imagine when the Clairfont is booked up it might not be as quiet... Returning guests, I was told, enjoy a 10 percent discount and we intend to take advantage of it! Not sure, however, if we'd return during the off-season next time.
