Stayed at La Isleta Apartments for 2 nights... and cannot really fault anything. ( Stayed at Ruby's one night & didn't think too much of it ... for just a little extra - off season rate - La Isleta seems like... no is luxury)
Power went out 1 night but that was for the whole town.
Cosy bungalow style two storey Apartments are clean, well maintained, inexpensive. ... hot running water... mosquito net, kitchen with utensils, decorated tastefully inside & out.
Owners are French, speak English fluently & are helpful without being imposing.
Distance to the beach and main part of town is ideal... perfect position really not too close to street noise but not too far to walk.
Walked around and saw that this was definitely the best pick in Las Galeras !!
