“Loved Dolphin Cove Inn!! Want to go back!!!!”

Dolphin Cove Inn

5 of 5 stars
los angeles
Feb 13, 2008

We had a fabulous 4 days at Dolphin Cove Inn. Only problem was that it was not long enough. A great long weekend from Los Angeles but I could have stayed alot longer. We loved the smaller inn style and friendliness (and price!!) but it had all the amenities we needed. The open restaurant next to the pool and overlooking the water was so convenient and relaxing for all our meals. We took a taxi into town to get a change of scenery one night for dinner ,had lunch at one of the adjacent properties one day and used their tennis courts, other than that we were perfectly content to hang out at the pool overlooking the water at DCI, take walks on the waterside walkway and to sip margaritas at sunset. The intimacy and privacy of Dolphin Cove Inn was just what we wanted and needed. We especially liked having access to local amenities but loved not feeling like we were with throngs of tourists and conventions at such bigger properties. Have recommended this hotel to a number of people!

“Loved it!”

Dolphin Cove Inn

Feb 12, 2008

We are regular visitors to the Dolphin Cove Inn. The rooms offer all that you need to make for an easy self-catering holiday. The resort has a wonderful pool, restaurant and easy access to the luxurious facilities of Las Hadas next door. Our daughter loves to snorkle with her dad off the beach of the resort. This year they even found a buried pirate ship! (using their great imaginations!) The Dolphin Cove Inn is lovely -- the sunsets from the balconies are truly unbeatable. We love it!

“Great Getaway!”

Dolphin Cove Inn

Colorado

My sister and I spent a lovely eight days at Dolphin Cove Inn in late November of 2007. This resort is charming in its size and sense of privacy. It is so much more appealing than the larger Mexican resorts/hotels I have frequented in the past. Throughout the resort was an explosion of multi-colored bougainvilleas on the terraced walkways and stately palms. It had the feel of a secluded hideaway in paradise! Our accommodations were very spacious, beautifully-decorated, and had a fantastic view overlooking the ocean.

We met a couple from Canada who had been vacationing at Dolphin Cove for ten years. They raved about the resort and gave us several recommendations for area field trips although we made time every day to snorkel along the beach rocks which afforded us a wonderful opportunity to view the marine life.

We loved the resort's pool and restaurant and also enjoyed the availability of an enormous pool next door along with pool-side service.

The staff members were accommodating to our every need
and we were fortunate enough to meet the owners who were delightful and gracious and treated us like their personal guests.

If you are looking for a low-key and relaxing vacation in a beautiful, comfortable, and safe setting, Dolphin Cove Inn is a must!

We spent another wonderful week at the Dolphin Cove Inn. Loved the food at the restaurant. Some terrific improvements have been made there. Try the blackberry margaritas. Mmmmm! Rooms, facilities and beach continue to be in excellent condition. Can't wait to go back again!

“Amazing hotel with excellent service”

Beautiful hotel with even better view comparable to the Greek isles. I have been traveling in Mexico for years and I have to say this was one of my best experiences. The service and the views are second to none. The breakfast was excellent with great views. The only negative that some people might not like is the all the steps but that is a small price to pay for the views. I also left some shirts and they mailed them to me when I got home. Again I recomment this hotel highly for someone that wants something different.
