why use keys to access your room when everyone has access to it!

My son was on a school trip and the touring company chose this hotel. What a mistake! During cleaning over $1000 dollars worth of items were taken right from the room two days in a row. Front desk were notified about these incidents and did nothing both days in a row. Manager and staff have been very unprofessional from day one during their stay as well as dealing with this situation afterwards.

They must have a script of what to say in situations like this or they are great actors!

No calls have been returned. Radisson Hotel Customer Service has been notified and we will see if anything professionally happens. Hotels can do an audit on who was in the room during certain times!!!!

I would not recommend this to any touring company or school. It is not a safe environment for children to be in as well it looks bad on the schools as well as the touring companies if they choose this location. Your childrens belongings are not safe at this location and it makes me believe your children are not safe at night when they sleep here....

There was another car theft on Tuesday night, as it has been reported several times in Tripadvisor.com in the past!!

It looks like the victim was from United States, who did not know about the theft history of this hotel. I seriously think that the Raddison hotel should do something about this. It happened in THEIR parking lot and this is NOT the first time!! Go Figure!

We got the room through priceline for $58. The room was clean and cozy, with free internet connection. I would recommend this hotel to those having cars. For those without cars, there is a bus station nearby (Terminus le carrefour),where you could take a bus (61,63,903) to the montmorency metro station. Totally it takes about 40-60minutes to go downtown by public transportation(bus+metro).

I do not know why everyone had bad reviews for this hotel. My experience was not bad, except Internet connection was a problem.
