This is my third stay at this hotel, while I did have a problems my first visit, they have more than made up for it. We came for 6 days in June 2008. The hotel could not be nicer. Beautiful rooms, perfect twice daily maid service. Fastest room service I have ever had, sometimes in 15 minutes. The location can not be beat. arcoss street from Harvey Nichols, maybe 2 clocks from Harrods, walking distance to Victoria and Albert Museum. Food is very expensive in London, but there are numorous resturants by hotel that are bargins, just look for them. The hotel even shipped some of my shopping home, what a service. While the hotel is expensive, it is worth it.

“Great Hotel, Great Location”

Sheraton Park Tower

I've stayed at many of hotels in London and by far, the Sheraton Park Tower is one of the very best! Recently stayed here from 5/31-6/2 with a great hotel experience. As a SPG member was able to use points&cash to book for an incredible price of only $150USD! Unheard of for a hotel of this quality and calibre in London. On top of that, was upgraded to an executive suite upon my arrival. The butler service is truly incredible and all around friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location, opposite Harvey Nichols, close to Harrods, Knightsbridge tube station and Hyde Park. Close to everything u may want, parks, museums, shopping and restaurants. Architecture of the hotel is distinctive and very modernist. Rooms are huge, great bathrooms, and signature starwoods signature BED, which is just heavenly! Definitely has become my hotel of choice when traveling to London. Highly Recommend!

“Great hotel”

This review is a little old at this point, but I thought this hotel was fantastic and would gladly recommend it - located right in Knightsbridge, immediately at the Tube/Harvey Nick's - location is fantastic, and very convenient. The rooms were lovely, and view is amazing - most hotel rooms in London will not give you the vast view that you'll find at the Sheraton Park Tower (as it's a tower...) - you can see all the way to the BT Tower (way up in North London). The staff were very accomodating - my friend and I were given free cappuccino and newspaper upon arrival because we had to wait about 30 minutes for our room (fairly common when arriving early in the morning from the eastern U.S.). Our room had 2 twin beds, with tons of pillows, comforters - very luxurious. Room service was also very tasty! Overall a very nice stay.

“Excellent Hotel”

We stayed at the Sheraton Park Tower from March 9 thru the 15, 2008. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great London location.
Our room was on the 11th floor with a view of Hyde Park. We could also see the London Eye and Big Ben. We had an executive suite which was perfect for us, 3 females. It gave us 2 full bathrooms, living room and bedroom with a very comfy king size bed.
The hotel is close to two tube stations, Knightsbridge (closest) and Hyde Park Corner. We had to use Hyde Park Corner because Knightsbridge was closed until 3 PM during our stay. It is also close to some nice restaurants. Two that we enjoyed were Pizza on the Park and Spaghetti House. Wagamamas was close by also. Harrods and Harvey Nichols were a short walk away as were other nice shops.
The staff at the Park Tower were always friendly and helpful and we were always greeted warmly, with a smile.
We booked this hotel with starwood points. I would absolutely stay in this hotel again. I can't wait to go back.

“Good if you get a good rate”

Sheraton Park Tower

3 of 5 stars
Edinburgh, United Kingdom
Mar 4, 2008

We booked this hotel through Expedia and got a great rate which included breakfast. Breakfast was cooked to order, or hot buffet and very nice. The room is showing its age. We had stayed in this hotel before and I think the problem is that they have replaced the beds and now they don't fit where they were designed to fit (as this is a circular hotel the rooms are slightly wedge shaped.) That means that there isn't much space in the room, although the bed is great but the quilt doesn't quite fit (too small) The shower is OK but is in the bath and would be greatly improved by a rigid screen. I hate showering in a narrow bath with a wet curtain. The toiletries were OK and the bathroom was clean. The air conditiioning wasn't working well. We did not report it- just opened the windows so can't really complain. Situation of hotel in Knightsbridge overlooking Hyde Park is excellent. Would stay again but only if we got a good rate. This hotel no longer has a luxury feel- but still luxury room service prices -£18.50 for a burger
