just returned from a stay at the travel inn, county hall. very impressed. lovely large clean room with a double bed and a sofa bed (already made up) plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugars and milks. extra clean too. nice bathroom also spotless. i liked the fact that we were able to open the window too. great location. 5 min. walk to/from waterloo station, 2 min. walk to the london eye. 3min. walk to the royal festival hall. plenty of eateries and and a starbucks across the road. another 3 mins walk and a fantastic view of the houses of parliment and big ben. will definately stay here again when visiting london. 12 out of 10!!!!

“Great Location”

Premier Inn London - County Hall

This hotel is in an ideal location. It is close to the Thames, Big Ben, and the London Eye. There are two nearby underground stations from which to choose - Waterloo and Westminster. If you get to London soon, be weary of construction on various underground lines - thankfully these two underground stations are on different lines, so you have more options available to you! The room was comfortable, and the staff will do whatever they can to make your stay more comfortable. The only reason we wouldn't rate it as "Excellent" is because they do not permit early check-in. There was a huge rush to check in at 2:00 - which was a bit of a pain. Other than that - would definately stay here again...the room was very comfortable and the staff was great!

“A great location and a great hotel”

We stayed here for one night over the Easter weekend. Apart from the hote being really busy and check-in taking a while, we had no complaints. We had a high-floor, street side family room and heard no noise whatsoever!

A great central location for a great price!

Will stay again if ever in London.

The Travel Inn County Hall was a great place to stay during our recent trip to London. The location couldn't be better, the rates are reasonable and the rooms are quite nice. The breakfast each morning was very good and the dinner meal was delicious.
We would recommend The Travel Inn to anyone.
We will stay there again on our next trip to London.

“Great for Families”

Premier Inn London - County Hall

The Travel Inn County Hall was a perfect place to stay for a family of 4. The room rates were reasonable and the location was great. We had a family room with a double bed, a single bed and a trundle bed. The room was ample for the four of us. We ordered the breakfast for the 2 adults and the kids (10 and under) ate free! The room is no-frills, but it is clean and quiet! We had no problems or lines in checking in on a Sunday afternoon. We were able to leave our luggage free of charge because we were taking a late train to Scotland. You can leave your luggage free of charge until 9 pm on the day of check out. The Travel Inn is next to the Westminster Bridge and a short walk to Westminster Abbey and Parliament across the bridge. The London Eye is next door, Waterloo station is a few blocks away, and Trafalgar Square is a short distance away across the Hungerford Bridge. One night, we walked down the river walk all the way to the Globe Theater. With the weak dollar, everything is expensive. We found ourselves eating just twice a day--a hearty breakfast at the Travel Inn restaurant and then a hearty late lunch/early dinner. We then bought snacks and drinks to munch on throughout the day. For the price and location, I would definitely recommend the Travel Inn to families!
