Well equipped apartments, nice modern/fancy touch, convenient location, friendly staff, quiet night sleep (doesn't necessarily to be the normal case in Nottingham according to reviews that I read)

A few points of concern though:
-servicing/cleaning of apartments: apartments are not serviced on a daily level, and -even though we had agreed to pay extra- nobody showed up for two days...generally we had the impression that the servicing/cleaning has a rather poor standard
- one elevator for the whole of the buidling is not really enough
- the beds are ok, yet, could be more comfortable

Apart from this not much to complain really! Given the hotel landscape in Nottingham probably would go back despite the mentioned points.

i came back with my boyfriend after staying there for 3 nights about a year ago, back then we were really happy with Premier Apartments.
Only this time our stay was a little disappointing to say the least:
firstly we got in at 9AM and had to wait for someone to open the reception at 10am! despite having being informed at the time of the booking that the reception was going to be opened at 8AM! When we were in the reception we had to wait another 15mins while the lady at the reception was chatting to some friend on the telephone about her friday night out ! very unprofessional.
Once we got upstairs, there were dirty dishes in the sink and a terrrible smell coming from the bathroom, there was a leak in the toilet, everytime we d flush, water would come out of the bathroom floor, leaving an horrible smell and of course wet floor!
Also we had only 1 towel each for the 2 days we stayed and although my boyfriend requested more towels from the reception, i think at least 4 times, the towels never showed up, how difficult is it to bring a couple of towels?
as far as the apartment itself is concerned, it was okay, only the bedroom was really small and the view of the bedroom was a WALL ! so not very cheerful... for the price we paid it really wasn't worth it at all ! so i would discourage anyone by booking into the premier apartments in Nottingham unless they start improving their customer service and fix their bathrooms !!!

We arrived at Nottingham Train Station with no directions (silly, we know...) but the Premier Apartments couldn't have been easier to find! Sitting at the top of the hill, next to the arena (which we had to ask for due to our lost map!), they stand proud.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member who offered to show us to our room. We managed alone though and am glad we did - think the receptionist would've laughed at the "oooh"-ing and "aaah"-ing! With four separatae rooms (bathroom, bedroom, living space and kitchen) the apartments are more than spacious enough for a couple.

It was the little extras that really boosted this accomodation, from the washing machine and kitchen utensils to the toiletries in the bathroom.

It is an expensive break away but what with the fantastic location to all amenities (the arena, train and bus stations, the city centre, restaurants, Victoria Centre arcade) and first class level of cleanliness and luxury, it's definitely worth it.

We really didn't want to leave at midday the following day - and I'm sure you won't either after a stay here. One night was really not enough!

We visited the penthouse suite at the premier apartments nottingham at the end of january because of its location to the Nottingham arena. The location was spot-on as it was next door to the arena and well placed right in the centre of nottingham! The good points were
-that it has a different feel from a hotel and it felt like we were crashing at a mates.
-We got a amazing price (HALF PRICE!) on lastminute!
-The beds were like sleeping on clouds
-Everything is thrown in (ie washing machine, dishwasher, fridge!)
-LIFTS! (we were on the 8th floor so trust me!)

Bad points :-

- £8.50 EXTRA for parking after already forking out over £150 for the suite
- TV remote didnt work
- CD player didnt work
- no 24 hour recieption (so no one to contact after 8pm)

It was just the little things that didnt make this amazing suite 5 stars.. but if you are planning to go to nottingham arena and want to be in your room before half the people have left the arena, then this is the place for you! and if you want to make it a little special then the penthouse suite will surprise you. Little pricey but sleeps 4 (2 double bedrooms) so spread the cost between 4 and it works out a little cheaper the 2 hotel rooms and you get a living area thrown in for free!
