I stayed in a one bedroom apartment In April and was very pleased. The rooms were spacious and clean and all the fittings were modern and good quality.

The staff were really helpful before and during my stay.

It was very centrally located and the underground parking was secure.

Overall it was a really comfy and relaxing place to stay. the reception area is tiny but if you don't need such services or a hotel bar then this is the ideal place.

I stayed for two nights and you don'tget your room cleaned or fresh towels, other than weekly but the benefits of having a lounge, kitchen and dining area with TV / dvd/CD player outweighed this.

I had my hen night in Nottingham and the Premier Apartments were perfect for our needs. We had 5 two bedroom apartments which was great as it meant that groups of four could share a living and kitchen space and you could have a drink in each others' rooms while everyone was getting ready and not get under people's feet. It worked out at just £25 each as we booked it in advance. It's only a 2 minute walk from the bars of the Lace Market and Hockley, or the reception staff will happily call a taxi for you. There is a fab cafe on Goose Gate (maps in reception) for breakfast the next day.

Check in time was 2pm, arrived early and walked through some fairly run-down streets to find the hotel. Was able to leave my bags in the 'office' which was so miniscule that my small case seemed to take up the entire floor space. Member of staff in office was both helpful and polite.
Apartment was fine, though not entirely clean. Cutlery and crockery filthy and windows very grubby.
Worst problem was our room (20) was right next to the lift and every time the lift went up or down it felt and sounded as if it were in our apartment. This wasn't too bad on the Thursday evening but on the Friday and Saturday it was very noisy. We were awoken at 4am by a drunk girl in the corridor banging on a door and screeching into her mobile "What floor are you on?"
We did think about asking to move, but a quick look into the main corridors showed what can only be described as absolutely filthy carpets, didn't look desirable at all.
When checking out on Sunday we asked if we could leave our luggage until later on, told this wasn't a problem and we should go up to room 2 which should be unlocked and if it's not, just leave it outside!!! We took the luggage with us ...!!

Well equipped apartments, nice modern/fancy touch, convenient location, friendly staff, quiet night sleep (doesn't necessarily to be the normal case in Nottingham according to reviews that I read)

A few points of concern though:
-servicing/cleaning of apartments: apartments are not serviced on a daily level, and -even though we had agreed to pay extra- nobody showed up for two days...generally we had the impression that the servicing/cleaning has a rather poor standard
- one elevator for the whole of the buidling is not really enough
- the beds are ok, yet, could be more comfortable

Apart from this not much to complain really! Given the hotel landscape in Nottingham probably would go back despite the mentioned points.
