Thank you to Chris & Janis for making us feel very welcome on our recent visit to North Wales.
The rooms are more than comfortable and they truely are only 10 minutes walk from the town walls of Conwy. The guest lounge room has some great artwork of Janis'. Chris gave us some great suggestions of Restaurants for dinner.
The breakfast menu in welsh almost threw the Aussie with us! Thankfully Chris and Janis provided us with a translation into English. The breakfast was so yummy, they were right when they said we wouldn't need to eat all day!

We spent one night (Sept 20) with Janis & Chris at their B & B. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-equipped.
Janis could not have been more helpful. She recommended a nearby pub for dinner and had a map prepared for us to follow. After we returned from dinner we visited with her in the lounge and she told us about points of interest in the area.
Breakfast in the morning was generous and beautifully served on china and crystal.
All in all at delightful experience.

we found this place at the last minute through a tourist center in swansea. we really loved it. we couldn't have been treated any nicer by the the owners chis and janic. this b&b is in a great neighborhood right ouside the castle walls, it has loads of character and the breakfast was first rate. we would definitely stay there again.

This guest house was a real find, a real home from home.
The hosts, Chris and Janis were extremely courteous and very friendly and made us feel so welcome.

We were advised to make their home our home, and we did. Their home is wonderful, with lots of little special touches and features, and a great decking area outside for sunbathing or just simply relaxing.

The guest house is situated just outside the city walls, but within easy walking distance of the town.

The hosts maintain information packs with sample menus for local restaurants, they even booked one for us.

On this occasion we could only stay one night, but would loved to have stayed longer. I would certainly return to Whinward if I was back in Conwy.
