I stayed at this hotel Feb 2-4 2005 and found it very comfortable and friendly. It overlooks the old course at St. Andrews and a beautiful long sandy beach. The room I stayed in was large enough for three adults using a rollaway and the two twin beds. It had a seating area and a large desk. The rooms were extensively renovated 1 year ago, and the paint, carpets, and bedding look new. Tea/ hot chocolate service is complimentary with a tray and a hot pot. The included breakfast was excellent, and the dining room is lined with windows looking out at the sea. The dining service was wonderful, friendly and efficient. It is an easy walk to the downtown and many St. Andrews dorms and classrooms. I would return in a heartbeat!
