We only stayed for two nights but next time it will be longer, The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful especially betty,she was a lovely lady, we met her in the restaurant and she was so friendly and the food was deliciousThe room was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. A very enjoyable stay and hopefully return very soon.

We spent a wonderful weekend in Killarney. The Arbutus might not have flashy pools but they more than make up for it with their warm and friendly atmousphere. The staff were excellent and helpful (hallo to Betty and Vicky). A quiet charming and elegantly run hotel.

Hope to see you again sometime.

Very much enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very nicely appointed. The staff could not do enough and the food was very good. An additional treat was the afternoon tea with assorted cakes and pasteries. The hotel is also located near all Killarney attractions.

We had a lovely time at the Arbutus hotel. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere because of its dedicated staff. It's in a great location, right in the heart of Killarney. The breakfasts are great, thanks to Betty and her colleagues. We highly recommend it if you're traveling through Killarney!

The Arbutus is THE place to stay in Killarney!

It's historic flavor and top-notch service by very friendly staff make it a real delight!

Don't miss Betty in the dining room. She will make your breakfast or dinner even more enjoyable.
