Just back from a 2 night stay here for my 40th birthday (we have stayed here a few times) and have to say, it never disappoints us. The whole stay was brilliant from start (upgraded to a suite as a birthday treat!) to end. Extremely relaxing hotel, lovely residents bar, good food and extremely comfortable rooms. First visit to the Molten Brown Spa and have to say, it was out of this world. Will definitely recommend to book in advance as its an experience you dont want to miss. There is nothing about this hotel that i could knock. So if you're thinking of heading down south, book your stay at this hotel. Keep up the good work!

Personally, despite the location, I found this hotel average. It was nicely decorated and so very easy to travel to/from, but it was full of large travel groups and the sheer size of the hotel was overwhelming and not what I would book in the future in Killarney. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices but because they're serving a couple of hundred in the dining area, it suffers from heat lamps. The housekeeping was not up to a high standard in my opinion. BUT----the Molton Brown Spa was absolute heaven and if I could have extended my stay to include more time there I would have. The spa was of a quality you'd find in the highest rated hotels. Likely one of the best spas I've visited (and I've visited many in the states and abroad).

This hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere and is well located for walking around the heart of Killarney. There is no business centre to speak of, just a computer in the lobby with a complimentary internet service which has a daily time limit per room. I only ate breakfast here and had no compaints about the food. I did, however, notice that room service breakfasts incur a 10 Euro surcharge per person, which I thought was pretty steep. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, lovely staff.
Stayed for St Patricks weekend, even though the hotel was busy, there was great service.
Rooms spacious and really clean. Had dinner as part of package and the food was excellent.
Great base, close to all shops, restaurants, cinema and pubs.
Swimming pool and gym were great, wish I tried the Molton Brown Spa.
Will be back!
